Im Ceilidh, a clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience supporting folks through life’s most challenging moments. As a queer ADHDer, I bring warm, gentle energy and a curious, down‑to‑earth approach to therapy. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming, and safe space.

My practice is grounded in somatic, attachment‑focused, humanistic, and narrative approaches. Together, we move gently in and out of difficult stories — pausing to ground and regulate so you can build capacity for the hard things you’re carrying. I’m comfortable sitting with complexity, the moments where life feels complicated, overwhelming, or hard to name, and the ways systemic oppression shapes our experiences.

I also work extensively with children and youth, using play‑based and expressive therapies that meet young people exactly where they are developmentally. Kids and teens make sense of their world through play, creativity, movement, and story — not long conversations — so sessions are designed to feel safe, engaging, and attuned to their nervous systems. Whether we’re using art, sand, movement, metaphor, or imaginative play, the goal is to help young people express what’s happening inside, build emotional tools, and strengthen confidence and regulation at a pace that feels right for them.

I offer a space where every part of your story — or your child’s — is welcome, and where healing can unfold steadily, gently, and authentically.
